Beard & Bloom is a Canadian e-commerce brand offering grooming and lifestyle products designed to help you look and feel your best. When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean Beard & Bloom.

Our website is operated from Canada, and our prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless noted otherwise.

Everything on this site (including our name, logo, and content) belongs to Beard & Bloom and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We do our best to keep product info, pricing, and stock up to date, but sometimes things change or sell out fast. If a product isn’t available after you order it, we’ll let you know right away and issue a refund if needed.

Colours and product images are shown as accurately as possible, but your screen might make things look slightly different.

 

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you’re agreeing to provide accurate and complete information. We accept secure payments through PayPal, Wix Payments, credit card, etc.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or an error in pricing or product info.

 

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada for free and internationally for an additional price . Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.
Once your order leaves our hands, we rely on the carrier to deliver it safely and on time — but if there’s ever an issue, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Not totally happy with your purchase? No problem.
Contact us at info@beardandbloom.ca within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help sort it out.

To qualify for a return, items need to be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Please note: shipping costs are usually non-refundable.

 

7. Our Content & Brand

All content on our site — including photos, videos, product descriptions, and logos — is owned by Beard & Bloom. Please don’t copy, reuse, or distribute our material without permission. Sharing a link to our site or products, though? We love that!

 

8. Third-Party Services
